Access

Do you have an access check service? Arrow

Yes. If you are concerned about the delivery of your items we will send one of our crew to come out and check access which is an additional charge. Please consult with one of the members of our Sales team.

What if access to the room is difficult? Arrow

There will be an additional charge for any awkward deliveries eg through a window, specialist vehicle. Please enquire with one of our consultants.

Can I change my design to accommodate difficult access? Arrow

On placement of your order we may be able to adjust your furniture accordingly, either with bolt on arms and backs, removable legs or for the item to be made in pieces. We will endeavour to find a solution for your sofa.

Delivery

Do you deliver? Arrow

Yes we do. Please check with your consultant what your delivery fee will be. It is calculated on the distance to final destination.

Can I arrange collection of our order instead of delivery? Arrow

Yes. We are more than happy for you to arrange collection from our workshop.

Can you deliver outside the M25? Arrow

Yes we can. This will be calculated according to the distance. Please request a quote from your sales consultant.

Can you store my goods if I'm not ready to take delivery? Arrow

We can arrange to keep your goods for 10 days after the delivery date. Longer than that we might refer you to a company that have the facilities to store your items until you are ready to take delivery. This will be an additional cost.

Do you deliver on Saturdays? Arrow

Saturday deliveries can be arranged but this service will have an additional charge. Please get a quote from your consultant.

Do you deliver overseas? Arrow

Yes, we can arrange delivery for long distances. Please ask your consultant to provide you with an accurate quotation.

Do you remove packaging? Arrow

Yes. Our delivery team will unpack your items and remove all packaging if required.

Is delivery included in the price of the sofa? Arrow

No. This is a cost that is calculated according to the distance of the delivery address.

Is there a standard delivery charge? Arrow

No. Please check with your consultant to provide an accurate quote.

Returns Arrow

Our furniture is made to order and is done so specifically for you. Once furniture is ordered it may not be cancelled by you, if you do so, we shall retain the deposit as per our terms and conditions.

Fabrics and Finishes

Can I choose my cushion filling? Arrow

Yes we are able to assist you with the correct cushion inners for your comfort level. This can be confirmed with your consultant.

Can I have castors and sabots on my furniture? Arrow

Yes we are able to supply some models with either. This will incur and additional charge.

Can I supply my own fabric? Arrow

Yes, we are more than happy for you to supply your own fabric but please make sure it meets regulations and requirements for use. If unsure please ask your consultant to assist you through this process.

Can I choose the wood colour for legs? Arrow

We have a standard and premium range of wood finishes which you can choose from. Your consultant can arrange a sample to be sent to you if required.

Do I have to confirm fabric choice on order? Arrow

It is not essential but the sooner you choose your fabric the sooner we can get your new sofa or chair delivered to you.

What are the cushion inners? Arrow

Our standard cushion fillings push industry standards with a 60/40 feather/down mix surrounding a foam core  for ease of maintenance. We also offer a Pure Down fill option for a more luxurious comfort, for a slightly higher price.  If a different inner is required due to allergies or preference please discuss this with your consultant.

How do I clean my sofa? Arrow

As all fabric require different attention we would suggest that you only have your sofa professionally cleaned to avoid damaging the fabric on your sofa. For more information please consult with one of the members of our Sales team.

General Enquiries

What is the lead time? Arrow

Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of fabric and deposit for upholstery.  Cabinetry items are approximately 8-10 weeks.  All items are made in-house in our factory in Porto, Portugal.

Can I change the size of the sofa? Arrow

Yes, we can tailor the length of a sofa to suit your needs. The width, height and depth would remain the same.  For a more detailed alteration, we can connect you with a representative from Ben Whistler, our bespoke furniture company.

Can I have my sofa made with removable arms? Arrow

Yes we can offer this service at an additional charge. Please discuss your needs with your consultant.

Do you have stock items? Arrow

As a rule all our orders are made to order. This ensures that all our sofas are delivered in perfect order.

Is there a guarantee on my furniture? Arrow

There is a 15 year guarantee on the frame only.

Terms and Conditions Arrow

As every business does, so do we have terms and conditions. We strongly recommend you read our terms and conditions fully before placing your order.

Payment

How can I pay for my order? Arrow

If you have placed an enquiry online a consultant will be in touch to assist you with all payment details. This can either be done by BACS, Debit card or Credit card.  Debit and Credit Cards are charged with an additional fee.  We regret to inform you that we do not accept Amex.

What are the payment terms? Arrow

We require a 50% initial payment to confirm your order and balance is required before delivery.
