ACCESS

Yes. If you are concerned about the delivery of your items we will send one of our crew to come out and check access which is an additional charge. Please consult with one of the members of our Sales team.

There will be an additional charge for any awkward deliveries eg through a window, specialist vehicle. Please enquire with one of our consultants.

On placement of your order we may be able to adjust your furniture accordingly, either with bolt on arms and backs, removable legs or for the item to be made in pieces. We will endeavour to find a solution for your sofa.

DELIVERY

Yes we do. Please check with your consultant what your delivery fee will be. It is calculated on the distance to final destination.

Yes. We are more than happy for you to arrange collection from our workshop.

Yes we can. This will be calculated according to the distance. Please request a quote from your sales consultant.

We can arrange to keep your goods for 10 days after the delivery date. Longer than that we might refer you to a company that have the facilities to store your items until you are ready to take delivery. This will be an additional cost.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged but this service will have an additional charge. Please get a quote from your consultant.

We can arrange delivery for long distances. Please ask your consultant to provide you with an accurate quotation.

Yes. Our delivery team will unpack your items and remove all packaging if required.

No. This is a cost that is calculated according to the distance of the delivery address.

No. Please check with your consultant to provide an accurate quote.

FABRICS AND FINISHES

Yes we are able to assist you with the correct cushion inners for your comfort level. This can be confirmed with your consultant.

Yes we are able to supply some models with either. T his will incur and additional charge.

Yes, we are more than happy for you to supply your own fabric but please make sure it meets regulations and requirements for use. If unsure please ask your consultant to assist you through this process.

We have a standard range of wood finishes which you can choose from. Your consultant can arrange a sample to be sent to you if required.

It is not essential but the sooner you choose your fabric the sooner we can get your new sofa or chair delivered to you.

Our standard cushion fillings are foam feather wrapped for ease of maintenance. If a different inner is required due to allergies or preference please discuss this with your consultant.

As all fabric require different attention we would suggest that you only have your sofa professionally cleaned to avoid damaging the fabric on your sofa. For more information please consult with one of the members of our Sales team.

GENERAL ENQUIRES

Our lead time is currently 5 weeks from receipt of fabric and deposit.

Yes we offer a bespoke service if you require a different width other than what we have to offer. The height and depths would remain the same.

Yes we can offer this service at an additional charge. Please discuss your needs with your consultant.

As a rule all our orders are made to order. This ensures that all our sofas are delivered in perfect order.

There is a 15 year guarantee on the frame only.

PAYMENT

If you have placed an enquiry online a consultant will be in touch to assist you with all payment details. This can either be done by BACS, Debit card or Credit card.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order and balance is required before delivery.

We have a dedicated team who are on hand to assist you with the manufacture process of your furniture from sale to completion to delivery.

Delivery and Returns

Our furniture is made to order and is done so specifically for you. Once furniture is ordered from our range it may not be cancelled by you, if you do so, we shall retain the deposit as per our terms and conditions.

Our prices do not include delivery.
These charges are calculated by the distance to the required postcode.
