Ben Whistler knows sofas. We have been making elegant, comfortable examples for 25 years, and in that time have refined every detail; from the springing methods, which respond to the individual style and shape of the sofa, to the fillings used: our sofas feature a 70/30 mix of down and feather, significantly higher than the industry standard, making them exceptionally comfortable.

Blue Label sofas are created in the same way, and by the same craftspeople, as Ben Whistler’s bespoke pieces. However, by removing the initial stage of making templates and cutting patterns for a fully bespoke commission, lead times are cut to just five weeks from receipt of your fabric. Every Blue Label sofa is made to order, allowing designers to specify every detail to achieve the perfect fit for their scheme. We welcome COM (customer’s own material) upholstery, giving you complete freedom over colour, pattern and texture. Timber finishes for legs or plinths can be chosen from our curated palette, and additional details such as decorative studs can be added where appropriate.
